Shipping and Returns

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order. All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping Rates:

• Italy: €12 (free shipping for orders over €200)
• Europe: €24 ( free shipping for orders over € 200 )
• Outside Europe: €35 ( free shipping for orders over € 200 )

Import Taxes and Duties
Import taxes and duties outside the European Union are the responsibility of the end customer. For further details, we recommend that you contact your local customs authorities.

Returns and Refunds
You have 15 days from receiving your order to return your items for a refund or credit. Send your refund request via email to info@pet-a-porter.it

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn or used, with tags and in the original packaging. You must send your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage
Examine your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received an incorrect item.

Exchange of Articles
We do not offer exchanges.

Refund Times
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, within approximately 7-10 business days.
